My Twilight journey started as a dare of sorts when my GBF made me read the first book in the series. No one was more surprised than me when I became absolutely obsessed with the characters of Bella and Edward. 

I read fanfic exclusively for about six months, then started writing my own stories. I LOVE writing; it allows me to use parts of my brain that would otherwise never see the light of day. I'm being completely honest when I say that even if no one ever read my stories, I would still write. The fact that people are willing to give me their time and energy tickles me to death.

In RL, I'm a nurse in the Pediatric ICU at a university teaching hospital. I also have a Master's in Public Health degree. I've been married for 23 years and have one adolescent son.
